<title>Comment on A Career That Is In Demand by Molly Griego</title>

<description>I&#039;m 19, going on 20 very soon. I&#039;m VERY open to any suggestions for a potential career, as I lack any direction at the moment. My two options at this point are to go to college and get my GED, or vocational school.

My ideal criteria is:
-very HIGH demand everywhere and pretty good job security in any financial climate.
-doesn&#039;t require all that much inherent ability. What I mean by this is that the profession isn&#039;t some sort of genius-level job where if I didn&#039;t start learning some of the stuff involved by high school that I would be doomed to fail or not get a job in the career at all. So seeing as how I am of average intellect, I certainly am not cut out to be a doctor or anything related in that field.
-very probable likeliness of getting a good job with a 2 year degree from a school that is VERY affordable and for which I can get financial assistance.
-I&#039;m not GREAT at math, but I have a strong work ethic. This is primarily directed at accounting, which is what I am most strongly considering at the moment.
-nothing involving the military.
-Preferably behind the scenes work, office or cubicle work. I strongly emphasize I have NO ISSUE with monotony whatsoever, as long as the pay compensates for the boredom, which would thus make it exciting to me.
-Although I am not terrible with social interaction, I would like not to deal so much with regular customers, more with company/corporation folk.

		<description>Hi All,

Your help would really be appreciated in this . . .

I was hired on and currently work for an internet company as a web producer (updating our site through CMS and updating many small micro-sites). I’ve also owned my own small web business for the last 4 years and have been continually growing it on the side. I’ve been doing A-Z on those projects which include sales, design, development, QA, marketing, SEO and delivery.

Though I was originally brought in as a web producer in this company, I have done much more then was expected of me and that I was compensated for. Our company has been going through dramatically down sizing over the past 3 months and we’re now starting to build it back up as the demand for the services are getting higher.

Some of the work that I have done since joining include tons of designing (bottom to top) and developing, massive search engine optimization for 5 micro-sites and consulting for many other and as always general updating of the CMS site.

I recently spoke with the VP of marketing and told him that I wanted to change my role to an SEO Specialist. He turned around and said that he thinks I can be more than that. He wants me to take ownership over a couple of the projects that we have (million dollars ones). He stated that by simply being the SEO Specialist, I will always end up doing similar work that I have been doing up to date and would probably be under estimating myself.

My question: What would be the ideal role for me (the title) that I should ask for? We already have a creative director so that position is not available. What other positions would you guys recommend? He wants me to give him an answer and tell what I want my new title to be. I did a little research but then I thought I would try Yahoo Answers to get other answers as well.

Cheers!

<description>I doing SEO for a large site (20+ pages). What are the best practices in regards to the sub-pages of the site? Should I put keywords for sub-pages, and if yes how similar can they be to my home page keywords? What about description and page title, how long should those be and how similar to the home page? Is there anything else that can be done for SEO optimization?

<description>I want to move to NYC i know it is expensive and its a tough city filled with lots of ppl that are not the most friendly and always in a rush. and i know economically this will not be easy BUT that is OK to me that is just the price you pay when you want to live in city filled with culture, history , measums, get nighlife and stores , a beautiful skyline etc. So my question is how would i go about find a place to live? IDC where in the city I live as long as it is safe.. i do not mind rooming with people or just renting a room.. the problem is that many places require proof or employment which I obvious will not have when I first get there.. I have $$$ saved up and also my parents give me 1,150 a month which i know in a city like NYC i will not go very far.. so i know I have to look for a job but how can I rent a place without proof of employment..? On the positive side my credit score is very good =D! Also , i would like to know living on budget of basic needs how much money would i need every month to live in there? ANY INFO is HIGHLYY appreciated!! =)

THANKS in advance i&#039;m really looking forward to this ;)!

<description>I have already Went through school for Medical Assisting. It was a 7-month program &amp; 4 weeks of externship, &amp; I am currently studying for my Certification in Medical Assisting &amp; Phlebotomy. Someday I want to be become a RN because I love the idea of helping ppl &amp; I am a ppl person. But its so hard to get my foot in the door, I have applied &amp; applied to jobs &amp; they all wont hire me because I am fresh out of school &amp; I dnt have a year of experience. My thing is why cant I be given a chance to show what I have learned &amp; be trained &amp; taught other things according to the medical office. &amp; how could I possibly have a year of experience when Im fresh out of school &amp; how can I gain experience when not given the chance. I was just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation or have any suggestions. Please &amp; Thank You...

<description>I am planning a bachelorette party in Chicago and the party will most likely be 10 or more people. I was looking for a hotel that might have a presidential suite or penthouse suite or something so that we could just book one room instead of having multiple separate rooms. Does anyone know of any good ones that aren&#039;t ridiculously expensive in Chicago? Preferably closer to the downtown area so that we could walk to places.
